To get started, we recommend scheduling a listing appointment. We’ll visit your home, do a value assessment of your property, answer your questions, and give you our professional opinion as to how much your home may sell for in the current market. We'll also lay out strategies and options to make sure that the things that are important to you in the sale of your home aren't left to chance.

If you plan to purchase another home in the area, we can talk about that as well and create a plan to make the transition to your new home as seamless as possible. Using us as your agents for both selling and buying will help create the perfect timeline for your move and reduce the stress of keeping track of important dates and details for both homes.

 

If you are relocating out of the area, we can help you find a trusted real estate agent in that area and work hand in hand with them to make sure there are no hiccups as you transition to your new place. Timing can make or break a house purchase - this approach helps us create a cohesive team for you to make the experience as stress free as possible.

Our consultations allow us to get acquainted with you and give you the information and tools necessary so you can make an informed decision on who you'd like to have representing you during this important time. After the listing appointment, if you feel we are the best team to help you achieve your goals for selling your home, we can complete paperwork in person or online.
