We are a sibling team of real estate agents who have a ridiculous amount of fun working together with our clients and exploring the great state of Montana (and beyond!). We consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to have such a tight bond that has enabled us to have a flourishing business and has allowed us to have an impact on our community. We love working together and we are pretty certain that you'll love working and exploring with us too!
Ryan
Broker
Founder of the List 406 Team, Ryan has been guiding clients and investors through real estate transactions for several years. He serves on the local Government Affairs Committee, is the Keller Williams NW Montana Productivity Coach, and spends his time getting involved in the community through sports and volunteer work. He is also a member of the Swan Valley Search and Rescue team.
When he's not helping people realize their real estate goals and beginning the process of building generational wealth, you'll most likely find Ryan spending time with his nieces and nephew, or out in the mountains hiking or skiing. As a local to NW Montana, he serves his clients as a guide in an effort to help them discover what makes this area so special.
Shannon
Broker Agent
After spending some time living outside of Montana, Shannon returned to the Flathead Valley where she grew up and has enjoyed helping clients with their real estate endeavors. With a background in marketing and an eye for photography, Shannon brings a fresh approach to finding or selling homes in the area. She is passionate about sharing the unique aspects of NW Montana with those she meets and loves to volunteer in the community. She currently serves on the Public Relations Committee for the Northwest Montana Association of Realtors.
When she's not working, you'll find Shannon spending time with her husband Zach, their two daughters, Waverly and Jordan, and their dog Zemi. Like her brother Ryan, Shannon is an avid hiker and loves to explore Montana's backcountry. She and her husband also have a passion for travel and adventure, which has taken them across the US to 49 states and 28 national parks, as well as internationally to 42 countries.
